Save Matrix¶

Save a matrix from to '.npz' file.

plantcv.transform.save_matrix(matrix, 'filename')

returns none

• Parameters

  • matrix = a numpy.matrix or numpy.ndarray
  • filename = name of file to which matrix will be saved. Must end in .npz
