Invert

Invert a binary image. This is a wrapper for the OpenCV function bitwise_not

plantcv.invert(gray_img)

returns inverted image

  • Parameters:
    • gray_img - Grayscale image data
  • Context:
    • Invert image values. Useful for inverting an image mask.
